When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders deliver within 14 working days, (Due to exceptional restriction on international flights linked with the Covid 19 situation, additional delay may happen). We choose International Express shipping lines whenever available to your location. Please be aware, the date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier holidays, last mile delivery at the local post, shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and the total quantity of items ordered. In addition, all orders are subject to product availability, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at www.17track.net.

We have a fixed shipping rate of $5.99 USD to all destinations worldwide.
Which countries do you ship to?

How can I change my Shipping Address?
Changing of address is only allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to request for such changes.
Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?
Yes, it is possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
